Simpatico has built-in appointment reminders for your company. These can go out via email, phone, or text message.
Email Appointment Reminders
Email reminders are provided by CAVU at no cost to you. All email appointment reminders are sent out on the day prior to a client’s appointment at 7:00 a.m. Phoenix, AZ time (GMT/UTC – 7h). Appointments scheduled after 7 am for the following day will not receive an email reminder.

The text in red above is configurable by company. Admin Users can set their company-specific cancellation policy in Simpatico’s System Config tab.

Phone Appointment Reminders
Phone and text reminders are provided by an outside service, ReminderCall, at a cost of $.10 per message/call. Please set up an account with ReminderCall to begin this process, then contact CAVU Support once your account has been created.
All phone call and text reminders are scheduled on the day prior to a patient’s appointment at 7:00 a.m. Phoenix, AZ time (GMT/UTC – 7h). The time of the phone call can be set at the company level as needed. Appointments scheduled after 7 am Phoenix time for the following day will not receive a phone reminder.
